What should I have ready for our first call?

Nothing. Show up with your situation and your questions. I handle the rest.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. Walkthroughs, pricing conversations, probate consultations, and buyer strategy calls are all free with no obligation.

How fast can we meet?

Usually within 48 hours for in-person, same day for a phone call. Urgent probate or listing matters get priority.

Do you meet at the property or the office?

Either. For listings and probate, at the property works best. For buyer strategy and general conversations, the Somerset office or a coffee shop works.

I’m not ready to list for 6 months. Still worth talking?

Absolutely. Some of my best-prepared sellers start our conversation a year out. Early planning means a better sale when the time comes.

What if I live out of state and can’t meet in person?

No problem. I work with out-of-state executors and sellers regularly. Phone, text, email, video call, all fine.
